GAP INC.

FLOOD BUILDING

SAN FRANCISCO, CA

The Gap Flood building was a major remodel of a flagship space. I was on the team of 3 designers that worked on the project. The original store was stripped to its bones and each section was rebuilt to look like an individual store. The Gap adult store had reclaimed wood floors, custom feature walls, and special fixtures designed just for the store. The GapBody space was built to look like an old Victorian home, complete with extensive molding and vintage-inspired boudoir fixtures. The GapKids ad BabyGap spaces were also redesigned. I personally designed the special signage for every brand, which was applied to all stores nationwide during that time.

BCBG

RODEO DRIVE

LOS ANGELES, CA

The BCBG store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills was a 5 million dollar project. I was part of a 3 designer team that designed the space, feature walls, and an all-new fixture package that was rolled out to all stores worldwide during that time. The original space was set back from the street, so a 2-story glass atrium was built to bring the entrance forward. Inside, the store had several sections, each with their own backlit feature walls, art, and floor fixtures. Many of the floor fixtures and shelves were lit from within, bringing more light texture to the long and narrow space.
